Your latest swim, at a glance.
The time, distance, lengths, heart rate and pool on one face, with every length's pace as a bar against your typical pace. Swipe back through earlier swims, and press and hold to see what changed since the swim before.

Your swims, read properly.
Swim Sage reads the pool swims your Apple Watch records in Apple Health and shows how you are really getting on: your pace and efficiency, measured against your own normal, not someone else's.
£0.99, once. For iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Apple Vision Pro.

Screens show the sample swims anyone can try in the app.

Replay your swim in a pool, length by length, with a swimmer at your target's pace in the next lane and your best and slowest recent swims beside you. Watch where you got ahead and where you fell behind.

The moments that mattered, in order: your largest deficit and lead, your fastest and slowest ten lengths, and when you reached your target. Then your pace by section, against your own median.

Distance, pace, SWOLF, strokes per length and heart rate over weeks, months and years, compared only with swims in the same pool length, because turns change everything. Records, streaks and a report for each month.

Wrong pool length, a slow first length while you set off, two lengths merged into one: correct them, and Swim Sage keeps your corrections on top of what Health recorded, without changing Health.

Set a target the way swimmers think of one: 70 lengths within 40 minutes, at least 1,800 m, or a pace to beat. Every swim is judged against it. Swims from before you set one can be filled in from the round numbers you were already swimming.

Typed or spoken: "How far did I swim this month?" Answers come from your own swims, worked out on your iPhone, never sent anywhere. Weekly and monthly reports are waiting when you want them.

Through Messages: beat a swim, or swim further this month. You choose exactly what is sent, and nothing goes automatically. Your friend needs Swim Sage to accept.

Choose a target before you swim and get quiet cues as you go: ahead, behind, and when you have reached it.
Your iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro sync corrections, targets and challenges directly, over your own network.
Open water swims are listed and counted with the rest, without length timing.
No swims yet? Tap Try with sample swims and look round with made-up ones. Nothing is kept.

You're on Apple Vision Pro
Apple Vision ProOn Apple Vision Pro, Swim Sage is a native app, and the race replay is a pool in your room: a tiled pool tilted towards you, one lane for each swimmer, the places beside each lane with the leader in gold, and the player beneath it. Your swims arrive on the headset through Apple's own iCloud Health sync.
Your Health data stays on your device. No account, no server, no tracking, no advertising.

No. It reads your swims and keeps your corrections on top of what Health recorded, without changing Health. The only thing it ever saves to Health is a swim you record with its Watch app, as Apple's Workout app does.
The median pace of your swims in the 30 days before a swim, in the same pool length, once there are at least three. Pace is swimming time per 100 metres or yards, rests left out. Every comparison in Swim Sage is against you, never an age table.
Yes. Open the swim and tap Edit to set the pool length, trim the start or end, fix a slow first length, or merge and split lengths. The Check list on Swims suggests fixes it thinks are likely.
